How many people can Bridge farmhouse sleep?
We have eight ensuite rooms and can sleep 16 adults With 4 of the bedrooms having daybeds to accommodate plus 4. We also have a child’s bed making sleeping for 21.

We are a party of 18 wanting beds?
You will all have beds! In our lovely family rooms we can sleep up to 4 and 5. We have day beds and also a children’s bed that mean we can sleep 18, 19, 20 or 21.

Can we hire a chef?
Yes we have a great chef, Gino, who has worked with us for 17 years and is highly experienced at both fine dining and catering for large functions. We can provide catering for a one off meal or as many as you wish. We also have waiting staff for that extra special occasion.

Do you have a sample menu?
Yes we can provide a sample menu, just get in touch and let us know the size and style of catering you would like.

Can you do breakfast?
Yes we can provide a cooked breakfast of your choice

Is alcohol provided?
We do not have a licence to supply alcohol but both the farmshop and nearby shops can oblige.

Can I smoke inside?
Our premises are non smoking inside.

Is the house wheelchair accessible?
The lower ground floor has two bedrooms one of which is fully wheelchair accessible with a wet room. The ground floor has level flooring and contains the kitchen and the lounges. The upstairs floor has further bedrooms.

Is there parking?
Yes there is plenty of parking in our farmhouse courtyard

Is there laundry facilities?
Yes we have a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board.

Can I swim in the river?
Swimming in the river is allowed however there are no lifeguards and to do so would be entirely your own risk.

Can anyone go fishing?
Do feel free to contact Stuart Wilson to discuss fishing; however you will need a rod licence to fish in rivers in the UK.

We are organising an away day for work, a corporate style event, do you have facilities we can use?
We are able to provide facilities/services for a corporate function please get in touch to talk through what you may require

What can I do in the area?
There are many sites both historic and otherwise in and around Salisbury. Stonehenge and Salisbury cathedral are some notable highlights set amongst beautiful countryside. Family attractions; educational and fun filled venues are all a short drive away. We are happy to help you discover the delights of the area.

Can I walk into Salisbury city? Yes, there is a lovely walk along the river into Salisbury. Alternatively you can catch the Britford park and ride at the top of the road (you can use the service without a car) directly into the centre.
